Inspiring and developmental, fun and competitive. New York Empire Baseball’s leagues, travel teams, training programs, and Camps are available for ages 7 - 14, with players grouped by age and skill to ensure not only an individualized learning experience, but an extraordinary playing experience. New York Empire Baseball’s goal is to place players in the right place for them developmentally - ensuring that players are surrounded by similarly skilled and like-minded teammates and opponents.
Players ages 7-14 will continue to acquire skills and develop on- and off-the-field. Training programs and teams are available for the wide array of skill levels and experience, and also for basic and more advanced, competitive players and teams. Players are trained and coached exclusively by New York Empire Baseball’s staff of trained and certified instructors and coaches, all skilled in communicating with and teaching young athletes with different learning styles and abilities.
4-13 Years
After School Baseball
Our structured weekly lessons group players by age and skill, with no cancellations. Each group works with a trained, experienced instructor for a personalized and engaging experience. Players focus on throwing, fielding, hitting, pitching, baserunning, and game situations held outdoors in Central Park or indoors at The Arena.

The Club League
It’s the program everyone’s talking about. A full season of developmental and competitive baseball featuring a weekly instructional lesson followed by a game. With no cancellations, the action happens every Sunday in Central Park, on Randall’s Island, and other nearby fields or indoors at The Arena if it rains.
Single-A (6-7), AA (8-9), AAA(10-11), Senior League (11-13)

Competitive Travel Baseball
Advanced teams for dedicated, highly competitive players, coached & instructed by educated, inspiring travel baseball coaches focused on long-term athletic & team development.

HIT & Pitch
A balanced class focused on both hitting and pitching fundamentals. Players build strong mechanics, improve timing and control, and develop confidence at the plate and on the mound.

Catch
Players learn fundamental advanced skills needed to be a terrific catcher. From receiving & blocking to throw downs & pickoffs to pitcher & batter management, this class prepares catchers to perform & lead on the field.

New York Empire Baseball lessons aren't "reps in the cage." We understand that there isn't one right way to throw a ball or swing a bat. But there is one most efficient way for every individual athlete. We also understand that every athlete is unique in their mindset & approach - so our communication is tailored uniquely to every individual to ensure that they're inspired every step of the way.
5-13 years

New York Empire Baseball Camps are available for ages 5-14 and players are grouped by age & skill to ensure an individualized, effective, and fun developmental experience.
Advanced Players Ages 8-16
