After safety, player development and the experience that players and their families have are our top priorities.  We're obsessed with inspiring players at every age & skill level to develop beyond their own expectations.  We're here to train, prepare, motivate, develop, and inspire players - all while ensuring a player and family experience that is organized and enjoyable every step of the way.

Culture

We've created a winning culture - and that doesn't mean you win every game.  It means that our players and coaches understand the correlation between hard work & success.  That we understand that great process will yield great results - and we learn from our successes and our failures, individually and collectively.  Confidence, development, and winning are the results of our preparation - and those results are felt on- and off-the-field.
 

Content

Science-based instruction geared appropriately to every age and skill level.  We avoid anecdotal instruction in favor of instructional content that we've developed in conjunction with the world's leading organizations including Driveline Baseball, OnBaseU, TPI, USA Baseball, and others.  We also integrate the leading technologies in baseball, including HitTrax, Rapsodo, Blast Motion, PitchLogic, and UpLift Labs to aid in player development and the training & playing experience.

 

Coaching

Our staff consists almost entirely of full-time professionals - educated, trained & certified, motivating & inspiring coaches and instructors who are role models for players - not just gig working ex-ballplayers.  The entire staff is uniformly and consistently trained to communicate with, train, develop, and inspire athletes of all ages and skill levels - knowing that each athlete has unique, individual needs.
