Understanding every individual player is paramount for New York Empire Baseball Coaches as it forms the foundation not only for what we teach, but how we teach it. Our coaches seek to inspire every player in every interaction - whether it’s in one-on-one training, in a group lesson, or in a team environment.
Our individualized instruction isn’t based on anecdotes and rhetoric, but instead on the science of body and ball movement – and our ability to teach this to players of all ages and skill levels is where we excel. Our instruction is focused on minimizing the likelihood of injury while maximizing the results of every unique individual player.
All that we learn in our research and program development is translated into models and methods uniquely for every age and skill level - and learning style.
Our coaches are educated, trained, and respectful leaders and role models for children. Not gig-workers and part-timers. Our organization is unique in all of youth sports - with nearly our entire coaching staff comprised of full-time members of our team - deeply ingrained in our Organization as their passion and their career.
New York Empire Baseball Coaches recognize that their primary objective isn’t to win plastic trophies. It’s to have a positive impact on the character, work ethic, and development of every player they meet - and every coach in our organization is familiar with nearly every player in the organization, regardless of the team for which a player plays.
